The Evolution Characteristics of Spatial Layout of Ancient Chinese Capitals: A Case Study of Sui,Tang and Northern Song Dynasties With Important Changes in the Historical Development of Feudal Society

Imperial city and outer city are the most important differentiation of the spatial structure of ancient Chinese capitals.The relationship between city and Guo changed from the original spatial structure mode of "respecting the west" and "sitting in the west and facing the east" to the spatial structure mode of "sitting in the north and facing the south" and the three outer cities in the east,south and west surrounding the imperial city after the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,and gradually changed from the original "multi palace" system to the "single palace" system.Finally,a "heavy city" capital spatial structure with the outer city around the imperial city and the imperial city around the palace city,and the central axis of the chessboard format was formed.During the Tang and Song Dynasties,it was a period of great change in the history of feudal society in China.Through the investigation of the evolution characteristics of the spatial form of capital cities in the Tang and Song Dynasties,the track of the transformation of social ideology,political system,economic structure and many other fields in the Tang and Song Dynasties was made clear.     

社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响效应分析——基于互联网嵌入视角

农民工返乡创业能够有效培育农村经济发展的内生力量，对促进乡村振兴战略具有重要现实意义。在当前信息时代背景下，社会资本因互联网的嵌入已分化为现实社会资本和虚拟社会资本，这对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响效应可能不同。基于互联网嵌入视角，利用西安市406个农民工的微观调查数据，运用结构方程模型，分析现实社会资本和虚拟社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿的影响效应。结果表明，农民工返乡创业意愿较为强烈；现实社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿具有直接正向影响；虚拟社会资本对农民工返乡创业意愿具有直接负向影响、间接正向影响；虚拟社会资本可以转化为现实社会资本；虚拟社会资本正在逐步取代部分现实社会资本成为提升农民工返乡创业意愿的重要推力；互联网嵌入对于现实社会资本具有直接负向影响，对虚拟社会资本具有直接正向影响，对农民工返乡创业意愿没有直接影响。据此，提出加快农村地区经济组织发展，增加现实社会资本的累积；建立并完善信息服务平台，加强互联网信息审核机制的政策建议。     

营运资本与公司综合治理对公司价值影响研究

拓展Faulkender 和Wang(2006)模型，引入公司综合治理水平变量，分析了公司综合治理水平和营运资本对公司价值的影响.运用我国A股市场2008~2013年数据进行实证，证实公司综合治理水平与营运资本对企业价值影响显著；边际营运资本价值小于边际现金价值，企业在现有营运资本水平下增加营运资本投资，将降低企业超额收益率，减少企业投资价值；商业性企业比工业性企业、高治理效率企业比低治理效率企业、受融资约束企业比不受融资约束企业具有更高的边际营运资本价值.     

企业人力资本投资风险的理论分析与对策探讨

企业是以追逐利润为目的的经济组织,为了提高员工的生产能力,提高经济效益,一般都会对员工进行人力资本投资。企业人力资本投资具有与政府公共人力资本投资和个人人力资本投资不同的特点,主要表现为追逐利润动机明确、出资主体较单一、投资方式较简单、投资风险大。造成企业人力资本投资风险的因素是多方面的,企业必须采取一定的对策措施减少人力资本投资收益的不确定因素,降低投资风险。     

人口老龄化对中国劳动力供给的影响分析

通过对中国人口统计的一些数据分析,研究了人口老龄化对中国劳动力供给的影响.研究结果表明,老龄化造成劳动力供给数量减少,同时老龄化影响中国劳动力供给质量.可采取应对措施:一是提高科技水平和人口素质,二是充分开发和利用老年人力资本.     

关于传动轴节叉的机加工工艺分析

数控机床在机械制造业中的大量使用,使产品质量和加工效率显著提高。一个产品,可用多种数控设备加工都能保证质量的情况下,加工效率的高低、设备投资及运行的日常费用就成为选择何种数控设备的关键因素。本文分析了用全功能数控车床及立式加工中心加工传动轴节叉的工艺方案,比较了两种方案的加工效率、设备投资及运行的日常费用,为设备采购提供技术支持。     

农民生计多样性影响因素调查分析 ——以丰都县为例

丰都县农民生计多样性在整个西部地区比较具有代表性，但对于影响农民生计多样性的因素一直缺乏实证研究。该次调查采用参与性农村评估法（PRA），对丰都县名山镇（两汇口、古家店、鹿鸣寺）、社坛镇（三桥、德盛、干坛）、武平镇（殷家坝、坝周村）的农民生计方式及影响农民生计多样性的因素进行调查研究。研究表明，影响农民生计多样性的因素大致包括：自然资源、环境、人力资本、物质基础、社会关系、国家政策等方面

A Furry Synthetic Evaluation Model in Capital Structure Decisions

This paper analyzes the limitation of regarding the weighted average cost of capital as the optimal standard of capital structure in the traditional capital structure decision-making method, and analyzes the view that the capital structure is affected by many factors,such as earning power, long-term stability of operating, the attitudes held by owners and operators, the attitudes held by creditors and financial risk. With the example, the affecting factors of the capital structure is analyzed. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation model are employed to decision-making of the capital structure. This article also shows the key point of its application.
